MapIt’s Leap Day and I’m in Sofia, Bulgaria. I’m about to finish a two week deployment. It’s been 4 years since my last deployment here ended in the pandemic. I can hear the sound of planes flying over the hotel.
And now, a fond farewell to the Hotel Central, my home for 2 months.
Happy Bulgarian Liberation Day. Today, Bulgaria celebrates the liberation of the country from the Ottoman Empire on March 3, 1878. It also celebrates my departure from Bulgaria this afternoon.

I like the idea of adding the kind of post to the RSS feed to identify it, although not everyone will. I’ve opened an issue to remind myself to explore a version of it in future. Working on a major change to the plugin now.
