Since the 1920s, the coffee company has distributed more than 60 million copies of its now-iconic Haggadah
This was the Haggadah of my early childhood.
My day job is in training for an airline. I also develop Indieweb WordPress plugins so that others can take control of their online identity.
I had never heard of this Maxwell House publication before. For that matter, I’d never heard of the Haggadah. I’d seen a few depictions of People observing the Passover Seder and figured there was a prayer book to help lead that. Now, I want one to add to my library. I’m going to check the next time I go grocery shopping or call the local Maxwell House jobber.
And I had no idea Barrack Obama hosted Passover Seder. I loved the reference to his, “Does this mean that we can’t use the Maxwell House Haggadah anymore?”, when he was given a different Americanized Haggadah.
Thanks for making me aware of this information.
